The interview process was very thorough, but the support Gong provides their candidates along the way was world-class. My recruiter Liz was with me from start to finish, and was a paramount resource I needed at every stage. Their interview process is extensive for a the Commercial AE position, but when I compare this process to other companies, the support they provide along the way was in a league of its own. Any question was just one text away! Given all the support, it was still a tough deed to execute at every stage of the interview, and it requires a lot of preparation to do so (for myself at least). But that's all part of the process, they gave me all the tools I needed as well as incredible support and I had to take care of the rest.

The process includes meeting with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, a mock discovery call, a meeting with VP of sales, a meeting with CRO, references, and then an offer. I ended up not making it past the hiring manager which is fine but I was disappointed in the end since there was no feedback. The recruiter offered to provide feedback but was ghosted.
