I was contacted with a week by HR. They did 30 minute phone interview, then they set up video interview with the hiring manager. She didn't know it was a video interview and thought it was a phone interview.
Easy process, met with editor, talked about experience and logistics. Then talked about compensation. Was not a lengthy process for me anyway. Not sure if it would be different for other people.
