The interview process was extremely disjointed and wound up spanning 2 months. I completed 3 interviews and then heard nothing for weeks. The recruiter contacted me to resume the interview process with the CFO but then informed me that the next steps would include a round of interviews with 3-4 people. Almost 8 interviews is extreme, so I mentally checked out of the process.

Step 1: Initial phone screening with a rude, hurried recruiter Then you move on to meet hirng manager, other people as possibly CFO which is a lot for a finance manager role Recruiter was rude and late and the position sounded like a crappy job. Guess she Is a customer late at night home alone with her barking dog in the ghetto of Philly. The whole company sounds ghetto and sketch.
