Very friendly but I feel the role was not correctly advertised. This is a more senior role more suited to a principal consultant or manager as only one person generally deals with all aspects of client queries. The interview process was more intense and longer than you would expect. Unlike other RD consultancies there is no OTE which should be something that is mentioned more explicitly.
