It was a round table with about 5 individuals interviewing. We then did one on ones where we could ask additional questions. They asked no questions about myself and seemed to be willing to hire anyone. There was 3 of us that accepted the offer. I was told that after I set 25 appointments my commission and pay would increase. Well they decided that would not happen until after 90 days. Watch what kind of contract you agree to and watch for word like "can". If you question your pay they will fire you.
