I was met downstairs and brought to a conference room with a department manager, who was finishing up an earlier interview and then conducted the one on one interview. I was told beforehand that she usually ‘feels out’ candidates. That explained why the interview only lasted about 15 minutes of pretty straightforward interview questions.
