I spoke with the lead recruiter at Granite, who seemed to be in a rush and had a poor attitude towards me. You take an IQ test which consisted of over 120 questions to be done in 20 min. You than speak with the supervisor and manager at two different points. The manager had an attitude from the moment he walked and repeated the same questions the supervisor asked. If you ask them similar questions they will take offense. The interview lasted 2 hours and was repetitive. The other employees I saw didn't seem to enjoy their jobs. They seemed to be looking for someone who willing to put Granite first over their personal lives.
