How well I sold products, and explained what positions were open in different salons and what average pace each place was. Explained benifits and pay, basically hourly pay if not making commission on day, extra for closing and working both weekend days.

It was super relaxed for the most part. They mostly asked questions about my background and previous customer experience jobs. How I handled certain situations, why or why not I'd be a good fit. Standard interview stuff,
