It was a lot of the standard questions, but as you move forward in the process, the questions become more technical. So, for example, at first, they wanted to know if I am a multi-tasker, organized, and a team worker, and they asked for examples of each. Then, when I got further in, I got questions surrounding my experience coordinating people, knowledge about solar, and other things you'd expect them to need to know going into a professional role. There wasn't really anything unexpected in my interview process.
