It was a smooth conversation. If you haven't had any experience within the field the questions are still relatable. They surround everything around them wanting you to not be afraid of getting a new resident the same day as the tour.

Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse

I would say that the Interview process was fairly simple. Very Straight forward questions. My interview process lasted a total of two days. I interviewed with the raleigh north carolina leasing division.
