I applied online and was contacted within a day. Recruiter texted me and commented that my current commute would be very long. No personal introduction, no naming the company he represented, and riddled with spelling mistakes. I responded I was willing to relocate if offered a position and was happy to answer further questions. No further response, and I received a rejection email three days later. I'm unimpressed.
