Interview process was fine but the assessment centre was unprofessional in my opinion. The AC was assessing multiple different roles but the activities seemed irrelevant to skills an engineer would need eg. negotiations. The instructions given for the presentations were unclear so everyone’s presentations were not what they had been expecting from us. And during lunch, one of the team offhandedly said that last year a girl asked for a gin and tonic at their open bar instead of a non-alc drink (who has an open bar at a job interview?) and gained favour for it.
