The initial online application and phone interview was handled by internal recruiters at Groupon who were proficient yet unable to answer even relatively basic questions about the role.
Having progressed through the application and phone interview I attended two 1-1 interviews and a panel. These were primarily competency based interviews and I think the interviewers were able to get a pretty good idea of what I had to offer. Unfortunately it was somewhat difficult to gather any real idea of what it would be like to work for the firm from this process.

Standard Talent Recruitment and HR process. Phone interview, F2F with Manager and senior management if successful. Also a role play pitch with presentation expectations. Thorough induction based in HQ for 2 weeks.
