They wasted precious 2 weeks of the time. The interviewer had no prior experience with the type of questions they were asking ( quite shallow in their outlook). Do not apply for this organisation its a sheer waste of time and energy. People have no experience, the HR department is weak and crippled.

First I was asked to fill out a Google form which had many subjective questions about my personal and professional life. Post which I had a telephonic round in which I was given a guesstimate question. After this round I had another analytical round where the interviewer again asked a guesstimate and asked about my job profile and some questions correlating with the job description.
