In all honesty, it was nerve wrecking since it was my first official job after college. However, I researched and gave it my all to get the job and eventually actually got the job.

Super easy, I applied online, got a phone call for setting an interview,
Asked very basic questions about the past jobs, casual typing speed test
multi-language is an assets, especial Mandarin or Cantonese due to the area
took 3 days for background check
