A week after the final round interview, a recruiter reached out asking which branch I would like to go to. I responded with a flexible answer to assure it did not hurt my chances of getting the job only for them to never reach out again, including when I emailed inquiring about if the position had been filled (+ 6 months ago). Throughout the process not only did the recruiters never respond to questions but also an interviewer did not show up for the scheduled interview. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and lack of consideration.

I applied through their website and was contacted to set up an interview a few weeks later to schedule a 30 minute video interview via Microsoft Teams. I then heard back a week later about an offer.
