Unethical company, stealing ideas by conducting fake interviews. One online coding round. Leetcode easy to medium level. In all other rounds they just asked internal details about your current company's project including confidential data. Seems like they don't have any idea of their own so conducted fake interviews to know what other companies are doing

Colloquio
The interview took place in 4 rounds.
The first one was a general conversation with HR.
The second was a technical round, during which pair programming was introduced, and the interviewer and I solved a problem together.
The third was an in-person day at the office, where I was assigned to two different teams and we pair-programmed on some of their live issues.
The fourth one was a communication with their Senior VP which was also a bit technical.
