Its 3 different interviews the first one is a group interview and you have to interact with everyone and not be shy. The second one is a one on one with management and the third one they extend an offer of employment.

Why do you want to work for us. They ask you several personality questions
very easy basic questions. they had an example bagging question of how would you bag these 2-4 items together and it’s mostly common sense. interview was quick maybe took 15 minutes max

Digital interview done with the application then an in person interview lots of behavioral and some situational questions did a walkthrough of the store after the interview very friendly and conversational
