The interview process was pretty straight forward. It's a group interview and you have to go through different situations such as drawing your perfect work place and trying to sell a product. Then they tell you the history of HEB. Than if management is interested in you, they typically call you within an hour of the group interview to set up a solo interview with one of the managers. They ask you all the cliche questions you can think of. Once you are finished with that interview they call you again within the hour to schedule your final interview with the Unit Director. Once you reach that step of the process you pretty much have the job unless you just really mess up.
very easy basic questions. they had an example bagging question of how would you bag these 2-4 items together and it’s mostly common sense. interview was quick maybe took 15 minutes max

Digital interview done with the application then an in person interview lots of behavioral and some situational questions did a walkthrough of the store after the interview very friendly and conversational
