I was interviewed by a current manager and the one leaving. The amount and quality of the job related questions were appropriate. They seemed interested in getting to know me as an individual. I was selected for a second round interview which war a panel interview. I got the impression that they were all interested in getting the best feel for my personality more than my technical skills.
