I had a very mixed experience interviewing for a Data Engineer role at HCA Healthcare. The process itself was well-organized. I went through multiple rounds of interviews, all of which were engaging and positive. I was even informed that I had passed the final round and was being considered for an offer. However, despite stating from the beginning that I required H-1B visa sponsorship (including indicating it on my application), I was later told that they could not proceed because they couldn’t support visa needs for the role. This was only communicated after the entire interview process was completed. It was disappointing and frustrating to go through a lengthy process, invest time and energy, and then be disqualified for a reason that was known from the start. I would strongly advise HCA’s recruiting team to clarify immigration and sponsorship constraints earlier in the process to avoid wasting candidates’ time.

All I can say is rude! Set up for phone interview and then cancelled no explanation. Then I get the rejection email. They don’t call either all by text and email.
