2 rounds one technical and one HR and finally discussed about the negotiation , but hard to negotiate and need to accept the offer whatever they provide. The interview was a telephonic round and it was much easier to crack. I was technically sound and my skills are so niche, the person who asked the question does not have much of technicality and the interview was more on generic technology and able to crack it easily . But, i will never claim that for every other role / designation , the same type of process will be followed
Interview was scheduled quickly after the initial discussion regarding interest in the role. There was clarity w.r.t requirement and the process was smooth. Recruitment team handled the queries well and guided through the process
