Couple of telephonic interviews. One with HCL and the other with the client Interview process was ok. Scheduled and completed fairly on time as promised. But Following up with HR team is the real frustrating thing. Not even a start up compnay will not have this much WORST HR TEAM. They never respond to your queries or emails.
They agreed up on some salary and conducted interviews. Once, the interview process is complete, I took their confirmation and rejected my other offer. After this - HR team came back and started negotiating the salary again. BE CAREFUL...
hr round and technical round with manager two rounds of interview . and then hr updates you if your selected or not. the calls occurs within one weeks time. and the hr enquires on current ctc and expected ctc. the hr gives you a clear statement of how the salary will be.

The process was an in-person, full-day interview at the HCL office. It began with a hackathon as a group of 5 people, where we designed and developed a complete end-to-end architecture for a delivery application. This was followed by a one-on-one technical interview. A few days later, the HR department reached out and offered me the job.

Interview was normal, basic questions.
Just prepare basics and you can crack the interview.
First you will be asked to introduce your self, then work history, like what did you do in your previous org. Like roles and responsibilities. Then followed by basics of the subject that you applied for.
