Colloquio
Applications are taken online only, they tend to fill positions pretty fast, usually within a week of the initial post. Once you get a call you will be asked for an interview by usually the shipping manager. They are mostly concerned about attendance, the work is easy but it's fast paced. The work only ever becomes difficult when half of your team decides to call out or come in only after lunch. No one gets fired for some reason, prepare to carry your team if you show any kind of aptitude. That being said, you can power through the ranks very quickly when your only competition are a group of lemmings. I'm complaining but I did learn a lot and climbed up to a nice position within a year.
Phone screen by the Recruiter and scheduled for an in person interview with the Hiring Manager. Questions were focused around forklift experience, dependability and safety. I was offered the job on the spot. The onboarding process was fast.

Asked some basic questions, like “what are your strengths” or “biggest weakness” then called two days later to hire. Overall a very easy process. You just have to keep an eye out for when they’re hiring

The interview was really laid back....the main concern was..what was I able to bring to the company to help there growth and development...which I responded with...i'll be bringing my vast warehouse experience and hard work ethic...which seemed to impress the interviewer...after that the questions were mainly about my past work experience...the interview actually went rather smooth
