They will tell you that you have the skills for the position. They will tell you they like your engineering background. But their reality is far from the truth. After the interview, you will get a letter that says they need people experienced for the position even though they stated they didn't. The interview is a waste of time. The only good thing I learned: HDR = One company, many excuses!
