Applied for the role online and had a phone interview that I thought went well. Received an email a few days later stating that they gave an offer to another candidate but the role is still posted online so...even before they reached out to me I saw the role posted again on several job boards after I interviewed which made me feel awesome! I have no problem with rejection, its part of life folk!, I just appreciate organizations that are forthcoming and honest in their approach so please take my experience for what it is....
