We had a Zoom Meeting with an employee and she asked me questions and then if I were to move forward I would have talked with the CMO in the following interview she said

The interview process started out with a phone interview, then an unpaid design test, followed by an hour long call with their Head of Marketing, to scheduling an in-person interview, to rescheduling that interview, to canceling the interview because the position was on hold. Waste of time.
