Relatively relaxed and well paced got asked some questions about my education past experience and future plans. The job was explained to me and what was required also what kind of profile fit their team. On the whole it was ok.

It's relatively easy , the hr mainly concentrates on your communication skills.its better to be good at communicating and need some basic skills and knowledge on computer and other related devices

Stage 1: Telephonic interview She : 1Q. Tell me about yourself 2Q. What do you think of these proverbs, i) A friend in need is a friend indeed. Ans. ( Basic and all knows) ii). How much you're comfortable with Hindi? Ans. My native language is Hindi, I can speak, read and write well in Hindi. Same question for English as well... ii) What comes in your mind when you see yellow light? Ans. Sun and it's ultraviolet rays, and also yellow light of vehicles. At the end : She told me that within few hours I'll get a call for the next step and give me some details and tips. Tip : Go through proverbs No matter what just "Be Confident" Evening I got a call Stage 2: Telephonic interview She too asked me to introduce myself and just after that she told me that my how much I'm comfortable in Hindi and English... At last she said : D***(my name) your English is slightly Indian, try to work on it. But I'm shortlisting your profile for next round and tomorrow you'll get a link and GD will be there, so be prepared. I showed gratitude and the whole next day prepared and sitting in front of my system but didn't got any mail or call. Later I texted my first telephonic interviewer and shared info. she assured me that I'll get the mail next day in the morning and at sharp 11 A.M be there. Next Day 9 members joined through MS Teams. Everyone introduced themselves and later after few very basic questions and within an hour GD is completed. You'll face some issued with audio and video and that can be risky, I joined the whole GD and I can see others very clearly and can hear all very well. All started introducing them one by one and after completion asked to drop the call, My turn came last to start and at the end I got to know from her that Neither can she hear me nor can see. Believe me after listening this I felt very bad for myself, I've been in there whole time and listening to others. Later I removed my wired earphones and connected Bluetooth headphones and then apologized for this, I thank her for giving me this opportunity and later she said she's done from her side and asked me to drop the call. Later felt bad because I know this opportunity is gone, I observed the whole interview that she was cross questioning everyone but at my turn she didn't asked any questions which give me clear hint that... Later then I went asleep and after few hours I get a call from my friend telling me that within few days I'll get a call from "MNC" so be prepared, they are impressed by your resume and now I get back to my system to prepare for the next opportunity. Moral : Don't loose hope, you keep going and things will get back to normal itself.
