It was a month long process with a variety of virtual interviews. 1st was a pre-screening/yes and no question interview (the recruiter, Tajae Hinds did not have their camera on), 2nd was a meeting with an analyst, and a director, and 3rd was a meeting with a principal. After receiving a rejection letter, I asked for any sort of feedback for application improvement and was told they were unable to provide any feedback. It seemed like the same type of questions were asked by the interviewers and it seemed like there was no communication between them to further the discussions created from the first interviews leading up to the final interview. The questions were also not very helpful in gauging qualifications or hinting at any specific projects the firm worked on that a potential intern could support or produce.

Behavioral questions during the 1st round, then they send an assessment on economic development questions. Very simple, I dont think there could be a wrong answer - but you'd have to be able to back up your data declarations.
