You first have to do an online application, after which you are invited to do a combination of numerical and situational judgement tests. If you receive the benchmark scores you are then invited to a telephone interview.

Online assessment consisting of personality questions and basic math questions followed by video interview asking basic questions and investment decision. There were several video interview questions consisting of basic behavioural questions.

the interview was fairly straightforward, not many difficult video questions, and only about 4 of them. Time management is the main challenge in my opinion, as it has to be done under 40 minutes
