Applied online, got though to telephone interview and following that an assessment centre. Overall the process from I applied to getting through took a fairly long time despite me enquiring about the overall decision.

Tell me a point when you have been faced with a professional difficulty and how you overcame it?
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience

Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
2 assessments. First assessment comprises of situational mcq questions and quantitative questions. Second assessment comprises of video interview questions where they give you a situation and ask how you would handle the situation
