Submitted resume. Invited for an onsite interview. Played phone tag with executive assistant to schedule. Was told I would meet with Chris, but when I arrived I met with Lisa (Chris was unavailable). Requested status update from company; no one got back to me. I finally reached the executive assistant that scheduled my interview. She said 4 people had been brought back in for a second interview. I told her that since I was not one of them, I could only assume that I would not be moving forward. She said that it is possible I could still be in the running. How do you figure? I feel like I got the short end of the stick. Some candidates interviewed with Chris, some interviewed with Lisa, and some interviewed with both.
