I interviewed with three individuals that I would work directly with. It was very conversational and relaxed in my opinion. A lot of questions were steaming from conversation to learn more about you professionally.
The interview process was great. I had a remote interview with HR and was then passed to an in-office interview. Everyone involved with the process was professional, kind, and welcoming.

Colloquio
Two video interviews followed by a job offer and discussion of pay, benefits, date of hire, etc. This was mostly done by phone, email and text. A face-to-face meeting was conducted the first day of employment.

Best interview experience I have ever had. Everyone was really easy to work with and communicated clearly about the process. It wasn't intimidating at all. They were very flexible in terms of scheduling the interview around my availability.
