Went through three rounds of interviews. First was a preliminary phone interview with a hiring manager. She asked some boilerplate questions (e.g. Why are you looking at leaving? What are you doing at your current job? How did you hear about us?). The second round interview was held in-person. Plenty of questions about my prior experiences and certifications. The third round interview was informal and was held at a coffee shop. We discussed more of the general culture of the business. The interviewer said I was a good fit and brought me into the office for a full tour. I was contacted a couple of days later by the initial hiring manager and was told that I was not being offered the job. When I pressed for more information, she was unable to provide me with any specific reasons.
