Filled out application and returned in person. It did not take long to get a phone call asking me to come in for an in-person interview. After that interview, I was offered a cashiering position.

Super Easy. 6 minutes. Why Hannafords? was likely the hardest one that requires any perspective. It was however very impersonal. The others were regarding availability, which was relatively easy to change after being hired, which i appreciated.
They ask you questions like how to use “the power of you” while working and how to satisfy customers. They also ask why you want to work there and what your greatest strength is, the basic interview questions people typically see.
