      In Starting, interview process was going fine. After 2 managerial Rounds they conduct a f2f VP and HR round. I reached at time and discussion happened and after VP round they told HR left at 3:30 pm and you need to come again on next day which I rescheduled for 4 days later. I told TA team that I will be commuting daily but not relocating to noida at very early stage HR round was just discussion and cultural fit alignment and non eliminating round but they eliminated me after discussion that she is rigid n saying no to relocation. No expense reimbursement, no good reason clarified This is the email I sent to TA team for clarification: I understand that the HR discussion was intended to be a non-eliminatory round focused on assessing cultural fit. However, I have been informed that my candidature has not been progressed further at this stage. I would be grateful if you could kindly clarify this. During my earlier face-to-face interaction, I had communicated my constraints regarding relocation. Given that this was already discussed, I would appreciate your guidance on how this became a determining factor at a later stage, and whether relocation is a mandatory requirement for the role. Additionally, I understand that the HR discussion was initially planned to be conducted on the same day as the VP round. Due to scheduling constraints, I was required to travel again and spent two days for the process, including arranging outstation travel. Could you please advise if there is any policy regarding reimbursement for such expenses? I would also like to highlight that during the last discussion, I was advised not to pursue other interview opportunities and to focus on this process. At that time, I had specifically raised a concern regarding the situation in case I did not receive an offer or if the compensation did not meet expectations. I would appreciate clarification on this, as it placed me in a position where I had to decline or pause other opportunities.
