1) Phone interview with an ignite recruiter. It was a very long interview with several questions. 2) If you make it past the phone screen, they will fly you out to Wisconsin to their powertrain facility. Started off with a tour through the manufacturing plant then moved onto an interview where engineering manager, directors, and current TEP people ask you from a packet of questions. It was split between "technical" and "behavioral" portion. The technical portion did not have any technical questions regarding manufacturing. After, someone will take you on a tour through Milwaukee.
