4 rounds (3 onsites) with senior executives in recruiting, sales, operations, and finance. Process started off well, but after the first round or two the company became very pushy and inconsiderate with scheduling. Eventually after 4 rounds and 5 weeks and many communications both formal and casual (all initiated by individuals at Harness), communication went completely dead. My attempts to follow-up were completely ignored. I was "ghosted" as people like to say these days. Bizarre treatment after so many rounds and weeks and speaking to so many executives. Eventually I spoke to some friends that knew the individuals well from AppDynamics and was told this was common practice there, and they were able to name the recruiting professional that I had dealt with, without my mentioning. Very unprofessional.
