Applied online and heard back from HR about two weeks later to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 40 minutes, and I was told I would be contacted later that week if I got moved into the second round of interviews. I was instead contacted three weeks later by the same HR person via email that the hiring managers decided to go with another candidate.
