1) Appel par un chargé de recrutement
2) Présentation du client
3) Présentation de la mission
4) Validation adéquation expériences vs prérequis client
5) Prise en compte du lieu de résidence vs lieu de la mission
6) Négo du TJM (au minimum du mini acceptable ! et encore c’est un geste royal de leur part)
7) Mail de confirmation des éléments échangés et "bon pour accord" pour positionner le profil chez le client

Gespräch über bisherigen Werdegang und Interessengebiete sowie bisherige Qualifikationen und Wunschgehalt.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitern, die auf alle Fragen eingegangen ist und auch alle wichtigen Informationen bereitgestellt hat.
Man fühlt sich aufgehoben und freut sich auf den Prozess und hat das Gefühl, dass hier Wert darauf gelegt wird eine passende Stelle zu finden für einen.

The interview process was quick but there was no feedback after the interview. They did not inform when a candidate was not accepted and forced the candidate to question Hays. And the worst part was the response given: "We still don't know because the client didn't tell us anything either". Four months went by and I had to question Hays about the status of the recruitment process.
One call with furst contact snd typical questions and two other video calls, one with hays, the first one with Hays and the second one with the customer that I was supposed to work for.
