Several phone interviews, one in-person. However I was the first intern at this company as they were recently formed when I came on. The HR director and the Marketing Director both interviewed me in person, and just the HR director for phone interviews. They were all very friendly and put me at ease immediately. Everyone in that office is very focused and career driven, so there isn't much "supervision" nor is there a need for it. Once hired I needed to take initiative from day one.
