I was introduced to the hiring manager by a friend. In the interview I was introduced to the staff and the organization and told of what to expect as a contractor for the organization. The hiring manager explained a few key details of the position, asked me questions pertinent to an applicant for that organization, as well as give me an opportunity to ask any questions that I may have needed answered prior to employment.
