The interview process was easy and intended to be conversational to see about fit with Heinens philosophy and mystique. My only concern was that in hindsight, the job duties were not explained fully and I was surprised by having to clean bathrooms, mop floors, and push carts in addition to cashier duties.

Very easy. Brought in my resume, met for a few minutes with someone from management, and got the job. Mostly just had to show that I was a hard worker and dependable.
