Phone screen, several video interviews, take-home project, followed by interview to discuss the take-home project. Despite their insistence not to spend more than 4 hours on the project, they seemed to have very high expectations. I did not think the expectations were clear or fair (for example, the instructions clearly stated they did not expect a “polished” presentation, but the feedback I received was that it was not “polished” enough). I did appreciate that they paid me for 4 hours of work, and that the team gave me feedback after I was rejected. I also found everyone I interviewed with to be kind and respectful.
