When arriving, interviewees needed to take a paper test (logic & math test. It's a bit similar to GMAT) first and following was a computer test (MS Excel skills test). This has costed almost 1 hour. After all the tests have been done, there were two one-to-one interviews with the HR Manager and the BU Director respectively, taking 1.5 hours in total.
