Phone screen 1st which seemed to go well. Then a request for an on-site interview but you have to make a PowerPoint presentation for them because they are too lazy to read your resume
After explaining this to the recruiter who seemed not to care about the candidate…I withdrew my application

took a couple months but the process itself was amazing, I was even introduced to the group I would potentially working for. I would highly recommend applying for a Henkel position!
