After the application for the position of purchasing intern, I was invited for an interview with the purchasing manager and HR manager. We had a smooth conversation but because of my experiences in the relevant area they believed that I am over qualify for an internship position.

It was an open and friendly conversation with the interviewer, who is my current boss. The interview questions focused more on previous relevant experiences in Supply Chain/Purchasing and technical office skills. It tooks only around 20 minutes

They came into a SCM class I was taking at ASU, I met with one of the gentlemen afterwards and communicated an interest in working for them. We set up an interview on campus that lasted for an hour, the interview went well and they called me a day or so later letting me know that I was hired after they ran a background check and all that stuff.
