very typical / standard - initial screening interview with hiring agency, follow up interview with hiring agency, interview with hiring manager, interview with 3 VPs, hiring manager made offer, negotiation, final offer

Terrible professionalism - The hiring manager took the call from his cell while driving (it was scheduled as a video interview by HR) and was actively driving over the Canadian border while in the middle of the call. Because he entered a different country, the call was dropped several times, and I could actively hear him talking to customs. As a result, there was no genuine conversation, and I received no feedback after the interview outside of the fact that they were pursuing other candidates. Overall, it felt like I was not being actively considered for the role at all, despite being qualified. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND INTERVIEWING OR WORKING FOR HENKEL
