I wanted to share my experience regarding the recent interview process, which turned out to be quite disappointing despite the initial enthusiasm. Over the course of four interviews within two weeks, it seemed like they were very interested in me, even mentioning that they needed more people like me and they repeatedly said that they knew I could do this job. However, there were several red flags: 4 Interviews: Supervisor, Manager, Director and HR. Throughout the interviews, there was a noticeable lack of communication among the team, with each person sharing different information (The job descriptions, work hours/remote days and salary) I went from feeling confident about my chances to questioning my fit for the role due to the lack of follow-up as they went silent - nor did they respond to my follow-up emails.. I later discovered they hired someone else, which was discouraging given the positive feedback I initially received. This lack of communication and disorganization is a significant red flag. The interview process was a complete waste of time. This experience has reinforced my belief in never settling for a job, even with a well-known luxury company. The interview process raised serious concerns about the company culture and its potential impact on employee mental health. There is much better out there than Hermès.
