I have call from the recruitment agency regardin opening and do attend it on Saturday[not specfying date]. When i visited their office, there were 50-60 candidates and no panel in the first place. Candidates came as per schedule on 930 but panel wasn't available probably, so we waited till 11 . We got to know there will be a test of 1 hour. We were ready but after 1 and1/2 hour? Guys be ready with atleast 3 hours of free time before visiting. The test is really tough may be 1-2 passed or have high marks. There are major questions on dotnet core. Then angular, azure and SQL. So prepare it well, though the questions are mostly out of the box. Then they conducted some interviews. I was leaving the premises as i haven't scored good marks. Then i received a call that there will be an interview. I waited for 2-3 hours around 3 PM and got to know the interviewer/panel is not feeling well and they will call on weekdays and have telephonic. No calls nothing. They may be expecting me to call and then they will schedule. But they can maintain a document/excel atleast. There is no proper management -like giving some slots beforehand or -giving numbers to candidates based on marks or whatever priority HR decides..then tell list of top 2-5 interviewee so they are ready and others can have some free time. - they need a mike when announcing names of candidates from the reception since they canb't keep shouting names always and people sitting on the carner can hear them as well.No need to rush everyone to reception when someone comes out with list.
